Policy Type
Available on Individual or Floater basis.
Entry Age
Individual: 91 days to 75 years
Floater: 18 to 75 years for adults, up to 3 dependent children (16 days to 17 years)
Medical Examination
No pre-medical check-up required unless adverse health history is declared (at company’s cost).
Coverage Details
In-Patient Hospitalisation: Covered for more than 24 hours due to illness, injury or accident.
Pre-Hospitalisation: Medical expenses up to 60 days before admission covered.
Post-Hospitalisation: Expenses up to 180 days after discharge covered.
Room Rent:
• ₹5 lakh SI – Up to 1% of SI/day
• ₹10/15/20/25 lakh SI – Any room except suite
• ₹50 lakh+ SI – Any room
Shared Accommodation: Covered up to policy limits.
Coverage for Non-medical Items: Payable if claim is admissible.
Road Ambulance: Includes shifting between hospitals and to home (same city).
Air Ambulance: Up to 10% of SI per year if immediate transport is needed.
Domiciliary Hospitalisation: Home care for more than 3 days (includes AYUSH).
